Control Capslock Key via Applescript?

pretty self explanatory. I am looking to control the state of the caps lock key without actually pressing the key itself. On my macbook, of course. Does not have to be applescript.

@crisw Thanks but those are just solutions that are for disabling the caps lock key all together. Before I resorted to here i actually spent some time looking at those exact pages haha.

To be clear all im looking for is a way to turn on the caps lock functionality (or turn it off) without touching the keyboard.
