How to style fine, thin hair that likes to change direction?

It doesn’t just hang, it also bends.

I have fine hair and I gotta perm to boost the volume. I can go the easy route and leave it wavy or I can curl it or straighten it. It looks a lot thicker than it is.

I have a friend who cuts wisps on forehead and jagged edges on bottom. It swings and looks nice. She has it down to just above her shoulders.

Your hair sounds like mine. I use Bed Head Control Freak Serum and dry it around a brush.

OTOH, you could have wild, unruly hair that never behaves, no matter who cuts it and what kind of product we use. Susan; think of Don’s hair only more so.

I have the same type…...I’ve found a Loreal styling ‘gum’ that works – it holds well but doesn’t grease or weigh it down too much.
