What is the title of this horror movie?

It must be from the 60’s or so. It was about some guy and his mother and dolls. No, it wasn’t “Psycho.” All I remember is at the end, the son was at the loading docks, and a big, heavy metal chain fell on him and crushed him, and his mother took his body home and dressed his body up as a doll. Creepy!
