Can I modify the location of DVD chapter marks?

I took a copy of a DVD with chapter marks (note: with recordings) using HandBrake.
Turns out that some of the chapter marks are misplaced within the video file.
Can I somehow manually change the location of the chapter marks?

Hey,

You sure can. You just need to get a dvd authoring software somthing like tmpgenc dvd author.
