1.5 frozen banana
3 frozen strawberries
just enough OJ

Add more OJ gradually so that it will blend, but shoul be really thick.
That is all you need.

Plain Dana Middle Eastern yogurt and everything and anything after that. Usually and at the minimum strawberries, banana, orange slices, oatmeal, couple of carrots and raisins. I have added any kind of fruit, tomato, onions and mushrooms, spinach….you got it toss it in and it pretty much tastes great and all you do is sip it while riding your bike on the bike paths or at work! Pure whole food! Yum stuff!!

I fudge them but my favorite blends apple juice, a banana, milk and/or yogurt.

You can add ice or freeze the banana or apple juice. Either way it works for me.

Fresh pressed apple juice – no additives
Greek yogurt- plain or honey/vanilla flavored
Frozen mango and raspberries
ice
Sugar free vanilla syrup (if the yogurt is plain)
Whey powder or soy protein powder

I can’t stand bananas in combination with protein powder. It tastes just like that icky baby food cereal that you rehydrate.

1 cup ice
2 cups raw milk
1 whole banana
10 strawberries
1 tbsp brown rice protein powder
2 eggs (cage free, free range eggs fresh from the farm are not worrisome regarding salmonella)

This recipe makes enough smoothie for 4 people to have 1 average glass.

My smoothies consist of whatever I have available. Thankfully, I usually have some kind of fruit in the house or growing outside. Normally I just and Ice, possiblly juice. My smoothies always have different combinations. I never add milk or ice cream. When in season, I have an orange tree (I don’t sit under it), papaya’s, passion fruit and banana’s. I do love Jumba Juice.
