What do these numbers mean?

I keep seeing the numbers 1,2, and 3. In fact, its 1:23 right now as I am typing this… I usually see it when I randomly look at the clock. For example: 1:23, 2:31, 12:30, 11:32, 3:21, etc..But they are not always asscociated with time, though. Ive been noticing this for awhile, and I see them at least once a day. Earlier today I told myself that if I didnt see them soon, I would just ignore them, but if I saw them again, then I would ask someone or search around. Well not just 30 minutes after I told myself this, I checked my blood sugar (Im a diabetic) and it read 132. So I started to search around for info. I looked up the meaning of 1, 2, and 3 separatly, and I also looked up 6 (because 1+2+3=6) I got the meanings, but I am still quite confused.
