What do you think is the greatest thing ever invented?

Asked by BeccaBoo (2725points) June 3rd, 2011

What’s the one thing you can’t live without, the most simple thing ever. If you compare life when you were a child to all the gadgets that we have today, whats the one thing that you could not possibly live without. Does not have to be something modern?
Mine is the ipod…could not live without it now!

Penicillin. Hands down. It’s why no matter how much I love history, I never want to actually live in another time unless I can bring a time machine full of penicillin.

Except, also, the wheel and the printing press. And The Pill. Really, just everything on this list.

The wheel. People and earth functions on the invented wheel.

What would cease to be, if we did not have the wheel?

1) The Automobile. It made transportation of goods and people faster and easier. It also took the burden off horses, which might be considered Animal Cruelty in todays world.

2) Hot Pockets.
