How should I store this bread I baked?

I baked some Mexican beer bread earlier, and I’m wondering how to store it to keep it fresh. I put jalapenos in the dough before I baked it (the kind that come in a jar) and I’m wondering if they will spoil or somehow go bad if the bread is not refrigerated.
