You have reached Titan level, what badge do you realistically believe you will never have obtained by then?

Why do you rule out those specific ones? I’m pretty sure the only one I’ll never get is Old-timer. I might not ever get a Perfecto-fish (none yet), but I wouldn’t rule it out.

@Symbeline Click on ‘my account’, then ‘facebook account’ (under ‘extras’). Then enter the URL for your FB profile page. Oh, and IM is for instant messaging (you could be notified by IM about PMs or questions for you, etc.), but I don’t think it works right now.

I won’t be getting an Eeee eeee eeeee or a Plank Walker, I’d have to link to an IM or Facebook account because I’m just not going to do that, I don’t do no stinkin’ linking’. Nope, not gonna do it. I won’t be getting an Autobiographer because I’m not going to fill out my profile text fields. At first I didn’t to it because I was lazy and didn’t feel like it and over time I have become more and more obstinate and contrary when it comes to filling out my profile fields. So I’m not going to get that one either. I do have two each, Jules Verne (both of which I believe are legitimate, not from lurve parties) and Sea Cheetahs.

I have a rather embarrassing number of Perfecto-fish, being both prone to mistakes, misspellings and typos, and being an obsessive tweaker.

@Hypocrisy_Central I have two, legitimate I believe, Jules Vernes. But the Oliver Twist? I don’t have one, not a single one and the longer it continues to elude me, the more desperately I want one. I’m not good at getting awards (unless they are ones like “sent 50 messages”. I will probably never get the cake in the frizzer thing or the robot crush one. No idea what the hell you have to do to get them.

@Symbeline LOL. I loved the book too. There’s film version of Gone With The Wind too now. It’s actually been out for a while and it’s pretty good. You might want to check it out if you liked the book. :-)

The avatar won’t upload? The file may be too big. I’ve found that fluther doesn’t like image files of more than about 40k or so, for profile pictures. Could that be the problem?

And flunking, drunk fluthering, it doesn’t always end well. I’ve been there. It might be time to go to bed, sweetie.

I revisited this and I don’t think I will ever, ever get a Sunken Treasure. Asking questions is really not my thing, I just don’t seem to be good at it, I don’t have a knack for it, at least not for asking the kind of questions that people on Fluther seem to like or find interesting or compelling or amusing or engaging or whatever the hell it is people want from the questions here. I’m not sure, but I think the most GQs I’ve ever received is maybe 6 and that is a far cry from the 14 GQs needed for a Sunken Treasure. Oh well, I have my strengths and my weaknesses; such is Fluther, such is life. I will do what I do best, whatever that is and leave the amazing, great, grand, fabulous question asking to the amazing, great, grand, fabulous question askers.

I don’t need no steenking badges, although I suspect a question of the day “honour” will remain an elusive one.

@augustlan Why do you rule out those specific ones? The “White Badge” accomplishment, what I call them anyhow, are ones not everyone know how to get or the way to them are not clear as the others. You know when you will get one or what you have to do specifically to get it. To get a Cake in the Frizzer one doesn’t know if I get X amount of these or I get Y amounts of those I will get one. Or do a specific action, like link an email account, etc.

Another vote for Circumnavigator, but for a different reason. I have been on the site more than 90 days in a row, and there is no credit for it. @augustlan, do you know if I need to log out one day and log back in the next? Or can I keep the account logged in, and just visit each day?

If I knew what the hell you were talking about, I could tell you exactly which awards I didn’t get. But I don’t, so I won’t.

@wundayatta Do you mean how to get to the list of all awards and how to see what you have and don’t have? If so, here are the steps: click on your avatar picture, and then click on the Awards tab. Just below the tabs is the sentence, “Awards wundayatta has bravely earned. You can explore the awards to learn more. Click on the Explore the Awards link and it will take you to a list of all awards. There is an asterisk next to the ones that you have earned.

@Pied_Pfeffer as far as the Circumnavigator is concerned I’ve tried both ways to get that award and now I think it’s broken waiting to be fixed by Ben/Andrew. I just hope when it’s fixed its retro-active.
