How do I listen to music through the Motorola h12 headset with my iPhone?

I went to the AT&T store and they made it work, then when I left and tried to do it it wouldn’t work. Does anyone know how to get it to work? It says nothing about it in the instructions with the headset.

Not sure if this is your issue but, alot of headsets need an adaptor to fit the Iphone. I bought one at Best Buy….
The problem is the recess on the phone where the connection is made…. The adaptor makes it work
