Does your reality ever "glitch", like a jump in a video tape?

Before you call the white coats on me, do me the pleasure of answering honestly. Does your reality ever jump or glitch like a cut in a video tape?

Sometimes, I must admit, this happens to me. Just a moment ago, I saw my dog yawning. And during the yawn, I witnessed some form of subtle perturbation. For a fleeting moment, it was as if reality had rewound a single frame, or skipped a frame. There was a noticeable tick in the event.

I’m confident many of you will write this off to a mental hiccup, or something to the like. That’s probably the case, who knows. I’m not attempting to suggest anything about the nature of reality. You may do so if you wish. All I’m asking is if this sort of thing has ever happened to you. It happens to me all the time.
