2 MacBooks, one black, one white. Both with 2gb RAM. The white one’s 2.1ghz, not sure about the black one (it’s older).
2 Mac Minis. Both 2gb RAM, both 2.0ghz. One is my main day-to-day Mac, the other is set up as a TV/News portal in the bedroom with an ElgatoEyeTV and various desktop widgets. The day-to-day Mac is also the main sync point for my iPods/iPhone.
Airport Extreme base station with external drive (FreeAgent) plugged in and set up as a Time Capsule (so far works great, except when I renamed one of the Mac Minis – you’d think Time Machine would keep up with that).
iBook G3 Dual USB. Just retired with the addition of the 2nd MacBook.
G4 Cube with a 120gb HD upgrade. Sittin’ in a box.
FWIW – All of the above (except the Cube) were purchased as refurbs from Apple. Only the black MacBook had trouble (some bubbles on the screen) and Apple fixed it under the refurb warranty right quick.

I’m still on Windows for a few things, mainly WoW. The plan is to build a hackintosh and if that turns out stable, load up WoW and nuke Windows forever (at least at home). That said, the just-today-announced iMacs sound like they may have enough HP to run WoW fast. I just hate the idea of spending $2100 on a desktop I can’t really upgrade (I have most of the Hackintosh pieces, so the cost there is ~$300 including a copy of OS-X).
