Where can I find a user manual on the inventory software Straton Warren System (SWS) by Agilisys?

Our company was horribly traied by Agilisys on SWS. I think it has the potential to be a fanatastic software for us. It’s just some answers to questions we have would be nice. Because talking to support at Agilisys is like talking to a robot. Also we have a retail module added on as well.

The best place to look for a manual would be the company’s website. Alternatively, you could call them and ask for a printed version.

Agilysys say you can get online documentation here but you need a password to access it. They also give a phone number and an email address.
