How do you screen capture an Ebay page (using Firefox, Windows 7)?

Asked by DarlingRhadamanthus (11273points) July 6th, 2011

Hi….I need to send information for an Ebay transaction and the only way to do this is to show the exact page where shipping address is confirmed.

Can you tell me how to capture the screen page and then send it in an email attachment? I have never done this before. Thanks so much!

Ctrl + Prt Sc key saves the page in your clipboard (copy & paste style) simply paste it into the email. Any problems with that just ask :-)

There are many Firefox add-ons that will do this. Most will allow capture of visible screen, or the entire page. Check out these

To go along with @GladysMensch with add-ons for firefox. I use one called Aviary. Very simple to use and can copy anything seen in your browser.

Windows also comes with a free screen capture application called Snipping Tool that allows you to capture an image of the entire screen, a selected open window or any part of the screen you want and save it as a file you can attach to an email.
