Is this a bug when you ask a question ?

Asked by Hibernate (9091points) July 13th, 2011

Look at the title and you’ll see 2 question marks.
I added the first and after it I pressed SPACE once and the second one arrived by itself. Is that a bug or I don’t need to put the question mark and it will be placed anyway ?
I just noticed it and I was just wondering.

You only saw two before it posted. It’s not a bug. That’s how the question filler in window/page is set up here in Fluther.

Yes, that’s the way it works. You don’t have to add the question mark. Fluther adds it automatically at the end of your last sentence. No matter what you say, fluther turns it into a question.

It’s because you’re adding the space. There should not be a space between the last letter in your sentence and the punctuation mark. And if you forget the question mark, and don’t add the unnecessary space, Fluther will add the question mark for you.

Wow! I don’t think there’s anything to add to what these guys above me wrote except, “Great answers”..
