What is the most silly comment or question you have made to somebody?

Sometimes we feel like having fun with people that we end up making silly comments on somebody

(this was back when I was a teenager)

My friend’s sister had lost her hair because of cancer treatments. I made some stupid skinhead reference. As soon as I said it I realized how unfunny and hurtful it was. Even now as I think back on it my heart aches from the regret that it ever came out of my mouth. :(
