I’m easy to please, I am blessed that I take great pleasure in the simple things.
Recently one of my happy little silly and simple joys is making peanut butter sandwiches for my “pet” Raccoon that drops in every night for dinner.
She stands up and takes them from my hands with her cute little hands and then calmly sits on the landing in my garage and eats them while I talk to her. :-D
Right now, I am enjoying a mellow morning, just watching the bluebirds splashing in the stone birdbath on my hill while my geese wander around in the shade of the Oak trees. It is true, the best things in life are free!
Like Coloma, I’m quite easily pleased. I, too, like simple things—love a picnic on a beautiful (not hot) day. Love to look at the sky and share ideas on what the cloud shapes look like. I love surprises when they’re simple and thoughtful—anything grandiose might take an ugly turn. I like dependability and consistency. In my staff, I love the extra effort on a project, or a truly new idea. I am pleased when others are pleased. I am pleased by the affable greetings from my dog each time I encounter him, even when only ten minutes have elapsed. I am pleased to share good food (and good wine) with friends and family. The sound of the sprinkler pleases me. I’m pleased you asked me this question ;-)

There’s no way to please me because I always find out how another feels by his / her reactions.
But mainly I feel good when people act like themselves around me and don’t try to hide it or pose different then they really are. Are you a drunk? Then don’t feel embarrassed and drink in peace. You like smoking and you know I don’t? Then go ahead and smoke outside ^^. Do you enjoy reading? Then don’t read when you called me to talk about something. Do you enjoy gaming?
