Any scrolling LED banner applications for windows?

There are lots of scrolling banner apps for iPods and iPhones, is there anything like that that I can use on my tablet PC?

Window screensaver used to include “marquee” option with all kinds of font and color and scroll speed options. Not sure if that’s in the current versions, though…
