Is this wholesale website a scam, http://onetoto.tk ?

Just looking to see if anyone has heard of this site or had success with it.

My gut feeling says its a scam, but it came up in my google shopping list…

No but a New Zealand website with Chinese wholesalers…. Just wonder how and when you get your product and is it CREDIT CARD first, lucky to anything in the end except bogus charges on your card.
