Micorsoft word is in Spanish and I need English?

My Microsoft word program has all of the headings in Spanish and I need them in English so I can use it.

Go to Tools (6th over from the left), then Language (third option down), Set Language (only options), then select your language, then click the Default button left of the OK button, click Yes, and then click OK.

I think you need to reinstall the program in English—either Word or Office. The Set language option in Tools is for the text of the documents not for the headings and menus.
