Music buffs, which classic three-piece band did you believe was better overall?

In the past, there had been noted three member bands, with different sounds and styles. Which three piece-band do you believe is better overall, and which one got the most out of their three member arrangement music and sound wise, out of The Police, Rush, or Nirvana?
