Any information on virtual laser keyboards for android phones?

This area is new to me. So far, I have only looked at “LaserKey CL850”, a “Bluetooth Wireless Laser Projection Virtual Keyboard”, manufactured by Celluon. Are you familiar with this product? Can you recommend any other products of this type for Android?
