Simple way to add a GUI to batch script, or similar?

I have a batch script ,and to install a standard computer build, with several options, and I compile it into an EXE that contains the other executables in it. Is there some similar way I can have the batch file and other exe’s inside a program that I can customize the GUI in? I want to make a layout, add icons, everything. How can I start off making GUI programs easily.
