What are some examples of President Obama being "inexperienced"?

Disregarding all the rhetoric, I also hear this from liberals and conservatives. I was just wondering what they are referring to when they say this. Is this rhetoric as well, or are there concrete examples of times when Obama could have made better decisions or done a “better job”.

This isn’t some president bashing thread, I really want to know.
