What are some good mens wardrobes?

So I live in San Diego, CA. I’ve got a beard and I really want to steer away from the hippie look. I get it all the time. Probably because I wear tank tops with cardigans and jeans or whatever. I’m fine with who I am and what I wear. But I’m also always looking to progress and always down to experiment with fashion. What are some good, every day wardrobes I should consider? I’d prefer a more classic, modern and preppy look. I’m becoming a dad.
