What about humanity is worth saving?

Those who respect Mother Earth and are grateful for its beauty and sustenance it provides.

Me….whether or not I would sacrifice myself is another question. But if anyone other than I is making the decision, then we definitely want ME on the top of the list.

Some of my best friends are humans.

Our ability to love!

Seriously? What isn’t there? I love humans just as much as any other living being.

The ability to sacrifice one’s life for another.

Nothing, we’re just destroying this planet. And we’re supposedly NOTW. And that’s just an excuse to live day by day with out questioning authority, which Jesus himself did do, by challenging the synagogues. But now, we get all these people to believe in one another, but only to go against the other. It’s a vicious cycle and its pointless. But I believe in world peace dude <3

Yeah it must be up to every person to decide for themselves. If for instance someone ask me to save humanity just because of something I wouldn’t do it if I don’t consider it the right reason.

Being that this question was inspired by someone who calls their self “tbag”....I don’t know. I guess I would have to wonder what humanith is being saved from.

The planet may be sputtering its distaste for the way we have been treating it but God himself equates humanity to “precious fruit of the earth” (James 5:7) Jesus already did the saving, now it’s up to us to respond. And that’s NOT a religious statement, just the way it is. Truth.
