Can anyone identify this Hopi messenger/elder? (Details)

I found this old video on YouTube of (possibly) a Hopi messenger or elder. I say “possibly” because he could also be someone who studied with the Hopi or another tribe rather than being Hopi or Native American.

I really enjoyed this video, but it doesn’t state who he is.
