Can some one help me configure my tablet?

Asked by iRemy_y (550points) September 27th, 2011

I recently bought a Genius G Pen F610 tablet for my computer, as well as a 28’’ monitor. The problem now is that this tablet tries to fit the entire screen onto the small physical space. I want to know if there’s any way to make it so that I can have the tablet act as a mouse pad instead of a physical screen. Right now it’s trying to squeeze everything in and is basically useless.

Adjust the screen resolution, that will make everything smaller otherwise no. Its a touchschroon monitor for a reason. You could maye uninstall the monitor rivers only but I doubt it.

@XOIIO no it’s not a monitor. It’s a pen tablet. Like a mouse pad on a laptop except it’s bigger and uses a pen with a pressure gauge inside so you can draw directly onto Photoshop or other programs without a touch screen.

@XOIIO I only mentioned the monitor because the tablet tries to fit everything on my screen and shrink it down onto the physical space it has. That wouldn’t be a problem on a laptop or a small screen but I have 3 screens, one of which is 28’’ meaning that one inch on the tablet would be nearly half of the middle screen with the mouse. Does that make sense?

Ah, you can’t have it full size without reducing the screen resolution, or find a drawing app made just for the device
