I bought some cranberries, besides sauce, what could/should I make with them?

They would be good in a cranberry cake or cookies.

Put it in oatmeal, or in pancakes, or in cold cereal.

Roast loin of pork with sweet potatoes and cranberry compote is delicious!

A wonderful cranberry marmelade uses 10 oz. berries, ⅓ cup water and ⅓ cup sugar. Bring water and sugar to a low boil, add berries and simmer for about 10 minutes until berries pop. Stir several times.

It is just sweet enough to be delicious without the extra sugar in the traditional recipe. Is nice on toast or muffins or mixed with a little low-fat cottage cheese and walnuts.

String them and hang them on a Christmas tree (might be too early).

@marinelife Sorry! I guess I wasn’t “with it” when I posted that answer
