Does anyone know of an excellent fogger to kill fleas and a cream for the itch?

Asked by cletrans2col (2395points) October 11th, 2011

My moron ex-roommate brought a kitten in from the street without taking it to a vet. It was riddled with fleas; they cleaned it but they let it and their other cat go outside on a daily basis. After they left, over the last two weeks fleas (or possibly bed bugs) have been eating me a new one. Can someone who has dealt with this problem give me the name of the best fogger to kill these basterds and to help with the itching? Help!

Go to a Vet. get what they recommend.
When you use it:
NO pilot lights, no other animals and if it is in an apartment you may need management’s approval.

I have always found calling a professional exterminator to be the best bet. They are not much more expensive than buying multiple bombs to do separate rooms and they guarantee their work.

If you do it yourself I would recommend asking a groomer what is working in your area. Vets usually sell the stuff so they push whatever they sell whether it is working or not. hardware stores usually have a good selection also.
