Fashionistas, I am looking for a warm winter coat online. Suggestions?

Why online? I recommend going into a store.

Not sure how “heavy” of a coat you are looking for, but L.L.Bean has a nice selection. I liked the Faux Shearling Coat and the Baxter State Parka as well as this Boiled Wool Jacket

Most of the coats on REI’s site were over $200, but I found this cute insulated ski jacket for $170. It’s called Oakley Eaves

This Puffer Jacket by J.Jill is pretty cute at $179.

Here’s a cute fur lined (fake fur I hope) lined puffer jacket from The Gap for $148.

And here is one called the Aravis II from Sierra Trading post. Not sure if it’s heavy enough for what you need, but it’s super cute for $112. Or this Columbia Sportswear Milano Jacket for $99. Or this Columbia Sportswear Mogul Minx Parka for $146.

I’m a sucker for Zara’s coats/jackets, but sadly I can’t really account for the warmth as I’m a Florida girl. They look pretty warm, though. I also can’t recommend checking out Etsy enough. I’ve seen tons of fantastic jackets and coats on there, and there’s so much variety that it would be difficult not to find something you like.

Damn Forever 21 has the same stuff buyers from Urban Outfitters, H&M, and other trendy depts. Russian Peacoats, watch out now!
