I’ve had very minor cuts or tears after performing fellatio, but it was never anything that needed to heal. In other words, it was so minor I didn’t notice it after an hour or 2.

@Hawaii_Jake that’s pretty much how it works for me, too. They just cover my teeth, but the suction itself pushes my teeth into the inside of my lip. It’s not like a little scratch, it’s literally like I can set my teeth right into the space that is damaged. So, I know that is what it’s from.. it’s like they leave a long term indent in my lip. There doesn’t seem to be a problem with the effectiveness of my technique, just that it causes me injury.

Doesn’t happen to me – and like others I am making the face as well to figure it out lol. I guess it’s just how much suction you create and now that area is prone to these cuts because it seems like you repeatedly get them in the same place. That kinda sucks (haha pun not intended).

Maybe you’re trying to go too deep and use too much suction. The first two inches are the most sensitive say maybe work that with your mouth and wrap your hands around the rest. I hate to think it’s hurting my s/o to do certain things for me.
