I can't find my iChat window list of buddies, got any advice?

Lion is starting to tick me off. I don’t know where my buddy list is. I’ve quit the app, and reopened. Still can’t find it. Also when ever a friend Instant Messages me, my iChat automatically opens up. I don’t know what’s going on with iChat. I’m guessing I have to restart my MacBookPro (UnPro probably more like it…)
