What Korean food is this called (video link in description)?

I’m wondering what are the dishes at 1:18 and 8:59 called? They both look so GORGEOUS.

Don’t know about the one at 8:59, but the one at 1:18 looks to be Korean BBQ ribs, called Kalbi.
