My Windows email account has been blocked. What can I do to unblock it?

When I went to visit a relative in California last week, I used his computer to try to get to my email, but failed. I’m now back home and I tried to open my Windows email, but it said it was blocked because of an “unauthorized user”. Now I can’t use my email. How do I fix this?
