Does Robert De Niro, in a German dubbed movie, always get the same voice actor?

I am zapping my television channels, and now I am watching Midnight Run starring Robert De Niro.
The Germans dub (most?) movies, so Robert is dubbed by a German voice actor.
I wondered, given the fact that De Niro made dozens of movies and they presumably are all aired in Germany too, will the German sofa kartoffel hear always the same German voice in different De Niro films, or every movie an other German voice?
“Das ist völlig egal.”, Robert just said….
