How can I undo a Windows 7 download?

It downloaded without my even knowing and now my Windows photo gallery is running a lot slower and crashing my computer:/ Please tell me there’s a way to undo this

Most things can be uninstalled from the Control Panel… but only if you know what it is.
The exception is malware, like a virus or trojan; that requires special utilities.

Regardless, it helps to know what was downloaded.

Oops sorry, it was a Windows photo gallery update and now when I open pictures it freezes. I dont know how to uninstall it.
