Who did NaNoWriMo?

I was just about to ask this!

Oh yea, I did. It’s my third year doing it, first year finishing. My partner has finished for the last five years, and is going to be one of our co-MLs next year.

I did! I did over the word count though.

Aw I wish I had known there were other Jellies doing it! I was going to, but ended up not doing it. It wouldn’t have really counted since it’s non-fiction and a lot is already written in the form of my blog. Hopefully I’ll get it done soon, outside of Nanowrimo.

It’s actually in large part responsible for me not having been around this site lately.

So what did everyone write about (if you stayed consistent)?

I did. I wrote Part 1 of a surreal mystery story called The White Sands. Didn’t finish Part 2, but I will eventually. I have the whole plot mapped out, just too much stuff to do and didn’t get around to finishing it. Still, to write that much in a couple of weeks was pretty satisfying.

I only found out about it last week. I think I’ll try it next year, if I’m not in the middle of a non-fiction writing project by then.

I didn’t even try to do it this year because of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
