Smokers: do you smoke more or less? (see inside).

First, I am a smoker. I wish I were not, but that’s over-the-hill now. One pack of cigarettes vs. a carton. Each time I only have one pack of cigarettes, I seem to smoke a lot less. When I purchase a carton of cigarettes, I seem to smoke a lot more. Why is this? Is this what the saying of “supply and demand” is about? This also could apply to a six-pack of beer vs. a case of beer. Question: do you drink or smoke more, simply because it is there?
