How can I make make this person stand under my mistletoe?

I decorated my locker for the holidays. Even though, we’ll be on break very soon.

There is a boy I’ve had my eye on for quite some time. His locker is literally below my feet. Well, one row down, on the bottom. But, you see what I mean.

I really want him to know how I truly feel, but he never wants to be around my lockr. A couple of different guys have, but not the want I want.
