Ladies: Do you know any tricks to reduce pain during urination after an episiotomy or similar procedure?

No, I haven’t had an episiotomy, but I figure many of you probably have, and the experience is probably pretty similar to what I’ve got going on. I had a cyst excised a couple of days ago and I swear I am about ready to abandon liquids altogether to reduce the frequency at which I must endure the agony of urination.
