I need help remembering the title of this childs book...

Okay, It is a scary story book and the only two stories I can remember are one about a girl named Jenny with a green scarf and when she pulls it off, she is headless. And another one is where a kid keeps bumping into people with huge teeth. Can anybody help?

Is it one of the “Scary Stories” books? The first story you mentioned about the girl with the scarf sounds like one I read in there when I was a kid.
