How reliable are used xbox 360 games bought from Amazon?

I’ve had plenty of luck buying CD’s, DVD’s and the occasional other electronic device from Amazon, but I’ve never bought a video game from Amazon. Today as it is my birthday, my mother bought me an xbox 360. I have no games to play on it, though, and I was thinking of buying a few off Amazon. However, I don’t know the quality of used games, in general, from Amazon.
