Unknown status of Stuffed Animal?

I am the owner of a stuffed dog that I won in a claw game at a store, I was a really young kid when I won it and the tag was removed, the body was replaced, but I still have it. the head is original and it has a red circle around an eye, wears a bow tie, and sticks out it’s tounge. the original head is still on and not been replaced.
