What's the word I'm looking for?

I need a word that means “a proposed name which has not yet been decided upon”. A colleague is making an organization chart for a proposed Joint Venture which has not yet been named. Obviously, if the new entity had a name then “company name” or “joint venture name” would be applicable – and if the JV existed then it would already have a name. But “proposed joint venture’s proposed name” is awkward at best.

Put on your thinking and dreaming (or foreign language) hats (sombreros, tam o’shanters, chapeaux, etc.) and give me a word, please. (I’ll bet the Germans have a word for it.)
