Oatmeal (apparently) is high in L-Arginine which enhances circulation and therefore can improve erectile response (Forbes).

So, get that porridge into you!

I’ve heard the same said about olives. Luckily for my wife I love olives.

“Improved circulation results in greater erectile response. To accomplish that, go for food rich in L-Arginine, such as granola, oatmeal, peanuts, cashews, walnuts, dairy, green vegetables, root vegetables, garlic, ginseng, soybeans, chickpeas and seeds. Studies show that L-Arginine is helpful for improving sexual function in men.”

A diet heavy in oatmeal will also make him able to shovel snow longer, carry the grand piano into the moving truck, work a double shift, and run for POTUS on any ticket he wants.

Just exactly where are we putting this oatmeal?

Oh. We’re eating it? Nvm.

As @Bellatrix writes. Improved circulation, lowering of cholesterol levels too.

It’s an irritation to get out of a warm bed in the morning and boil the oatmeal for a few minutes but once eaten along with some nuts and a banana, I don’t get HAWNGRY for lunch, I just get an awareness it’s probably time to eat again which feels so much better than HAWNGRY. That along with better erectile performance has got to be a benefit, yeah?
