What breeds of dogs tend to have blue eyes?

I have a littler of mutts. The mother is straight up chihuahua and the father is some kind of poodle or maltese. (The chump found his way into our yard at night and that’s how she became pregnant). There are 6 pups total. One has straight hair, and the rest have wavy hair like their dad. What breed tends to have blue eyes? Or is it only because they are pups? Still in their first month but the eyes are starting to look like super nova and are very beautiful blue. I’ll try to take pictures tomorrow when the sun is up again, don’t want to use flash!
