Anyone use bondormin?

Never heard of it. How about providing a definition or a link or a little hint..a prescription med. that helps one sleep or an herbal or homeopathic one (or am I on the wrong track completely)?

You may not find many here that have used it as it isn’t available in the US or the UK. It goes under different names. There is some information here Hope it is helpful.

Thanks for the link to wiki. I am interested if anyone has any experience with it – whatever it is called around the world.

From wiki it’s a benzo so it will work in a simmilar way to other benzo’s like valium – so maybe someone who has experience of those for insomnia could share. The text book answer is it will speed up falling asleep, prolong sleep but will probably lower the quality of sleep by reducing the amount of time spent in deep sleep. Benzo’s can be an effective short term (2 weeks) solution to insomnia.
