Does anyone know how to work the geometric morphometrics software: morphoJ?

Asked by bongo (4302points) February 7th, 2012

I need to use morphoJ to compare shapes of trout eggs and alevin yolk sacs and have been told to teach myself how to use morphoJ however I cant seem to be able to open my files in the program. I have transformed a set of my images into a tps file and was hoping this would mean that I could then open the images for analysis in morphoJ. This didn’t want to work so then I added some set points to a few of the photos around the eggs using tpsDig and now I am really confused. Does anyone know of any decent tutorials that go through a step by step guide from trasforming your jpegs to a tps file and adding points to each image to compare size and shape in morphoJ?
