British Jellies, where do you go for your entertainment news?

Asked by KatawaGrey (21483points) February 11th, 2012

I’ve recently become obsessed with a British show called “Misfits.” I would very much like to learn as much about it as I can as well as the actors on the show. However, American publications aren’t exactly going to cover it It hasn’t really hopped the pond yet; I’ve just watched it all on Hulu and both imdb and Wikipedia have woefully little information on it. However, it seems to be a certain amount of popular in Great Britain so I thought maybe you fine folk could help me out. What are are some sites or publications you go to for your entertainment news?

Well firstly, congratulations on finding Misfits; I watched the first and second seasons and it blew me away; it was a fresh take on something that had become altogether quite samey.

Anyway, I’d say your first port of call should be the E4 site’s Misfits page or the blog. This is the channel that commisioned the show and all that so they should have the best info on it. At the very least, they’ve got extras that you might not have been able to get on Hulu like interviews with the cast and so on.

And this is a list of articles from the Guardian newspaper about Misfits/the actors. I’ve not read any of them but it’s more information for you!

I tend to check out the Daily Mail for celebrity gossip even though I am aware that it is a very unreliable sauce. I agree with @GrayTax about the E4 Misfits page. I haven’t looked but I am sure there is a Wikipedia page too.
